Disclaimer & Affiliate Disclosure

1. Affiliate Disclosure (FTC)

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), SeptifixUS.com discloses that it has a financial relationship with the sellers of products reviewed on this Site. We participate in affiliate programs under which we may receive a commission when a visitor purchases a product after clicking a link on our Site.

These commissions help pay for the research, writing, and hosting that keep this Site running. They do not increase the price you pay, and they do not determine what we write. Affiliate links on this Site are marked with the rel="sponsored" attribute for search engines.

2. Product Claims Disclaimer

The U.S. EPA states that septic tank additives, including biological additives, are unnecessary for the normal operation of a septic system and that some additives may harm systems or groundwater. Results vary from home to home depending on tank size, household use, soil, and system condition.

3. Septic Safety Disclaimer

All content on SeptifixUS.com, including text, tables, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional advice and does not replace an inspection by a licensed septic professional.

• Have your septic system inspected at least every three years and the tank pumped as recommended by a professional (the EPA says typically every three to five years).
• No septic treatment can repair crushed or broken pipes, empty a full tank, or fix a failed drain field.
• Never delay calling a professional because of something you read on this Site.
• Sewage backing up into your home is a health hazard. Stop using water and call a licensed septic professional right away.

4. Independence & Trademarks

SeptifixUS.com is an independent website published by Digital Geeker. We are not the official Septifix website, and we are not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the maker or seller of Septifix, other than through the affiliate relationship described above. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or process refunds for any product.

“Septifix,” “SEPTIFIX,” “BuyGoods,” and all other product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this Site are the property of their respective owners. They are used here only to identify and describe the products we review, which is a nominative use. Their use does not imply endorsement by the trademark owners.

5. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep information accurate and current. Prices, package options, bonuses, ingredients, shipping terms, and guarantee policies are summarized from the manufacturer's official website as of the date shown on each page, and they may change without notice. Always confirm current details on the official website before you buy, and read the directions on the package you receive. Information on this Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

6. Results & Testimonials

Individual results with any septic treatment vary and are not guaranteed. Customer testimonials shown on this Site are published by the manufacturer; they are clearly labeled as such, describe individual experiences, may not reflect typical results, and have not been independently verified by us.

7. Advertising Disclosure

We may promote this Site through paid search advertising, including Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and Google Ads. Appearing in search results or ads does not mean that Microsoft, Google, or any other platform endorses this Site or the products it reviews.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeptifixUS.com, Digital Geeker, and their writers will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of this Site or from any product purchased from a third party after visiting this Site. Your purchase is a transaction between you and the seller, subject to the seller's own terms, shipping, and refund policies.
